Word : Poverty
Meaning: the state of being extremely poor.
Example : Thousand of  families are living in poverty

Word : Destitution
Meaning : poverty so extreme that one lacks the means to provide for oneself.
Example : The family faced eviction and detitution


Word : Inability
Meaning : The state of being unable to do something
Example : his inability to accept new ideas.


Word : Incapable
Meaning : unable to do or achieve (something)
Example : A man incapable of nay kind of prejudice


Word : Starvation
Meaning : Suffering or death by lack of food.
Example : Thousand died of starvation


Word : Deprivation
Meaning : The damaging lack of material benefits considered to be basic necessities in a society.
Example : Low wages mean that 3.75 milion people suffer seriouse deprivation

Meaning : A scarcity or lack  something

2nd reflection topic 


  Want to do something kind, but just can't think of what to do?,
here are some way,Donate your professional clothes to an organization that helps people get back into the workforce. Give gently worn home furnishings or household appliances to a person or family who might need them or donate them to an organization. Take warm clothes, blankets or food to a homeless person that you often cross paths with. Donate toys and books to a homeless organization. Toys and books are just as important to kids as food and shelter. When shopping, buy a couple extra non-perishable food items and take them to a food drive or pantry. Make an extra serving of dinner and bring it to a homeless person in your neighborhood.

    No doubt, I really like to eat food, no matter what kind of food and its contents, life as a student of nutrition is not regular, instant noodles as a main menu every day.But I would expect a more balanced diet, with a healthy diet . I hope life is also healthy.Healthy Eating an important component of a healthy lifestyle.Fruits and vegetables provide important Nutrients for the body and Should be served each day with lean meats and proteins.Smaller servings Should also become a part of a lifestyle of good health in order to control the number of calories consumed.

My hero is my mummy, she is a very beautiful although a bit fatter, to me she was one of the most sporthing mother in all things in my life, although I'm in trouble, in sorrow, she always there next to me to be a loyal listener for all my complaints, my mummy is a sound understanding of my situation, although we are not together often, but my mummy always give me courage to continue to forge ahead regardless of the challenges that must be encountered.

Dance seems to be a lot like ice cream flavors...it's so hard to choose just one. If you are thinking of trying out a new dance style, there may be a few you haven't even considered. Check out this list of dance genres and see which one appeals to you. There are many fun types of dance, you may need to sample a few to find your favorite.

Ballet
